1 · Who we are

MapleStack is operated by MapleStack Inc., a Canadian corporation registered in Ontario. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2 · Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your password and any activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@maplestackapp.com if you think your account has been compromised.

3 · Free vs Pro

The Free plan is free forever. The Pro plan is C$30/month, billed monthly (or C$25/month if billed yearly). You can cancel any time, no cancellation fee, no questions. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the most recent charge if requested in good faith.

4 · Content you publish

You keep full ownership of everything you publish on your MapleStack site. We need a limited license to host, display, and back up your content — that is the whole point of a hosted service. We won't use your content for anything else.

5 · Acceptable use

You agree not to use MapleStack to host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or material that violates Canadian law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6 · Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime. If we fall below that in any given month for the Pro plan, you can request a credit equivalent to the downtime.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, MapleStack's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before any claim.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be heard in Ontario courts.

9 · Changes

If we change material terms, we will email every active customer at least 30 days in advance.
